4-week Residential Programme
in the heart of Tuscany, Italy
The Transmission School, from May 10th to June 8th, has brought together a diverse group of teachers to answer a fundamental question:
When is a community—whether an intentional community, association, foundation, or group business—truly healthy, functional, and thriving?
Is it when it has a charismatic leader? Or...how about something new? When each individual in the group has profoundly understood the I AM status as part of the One whole I AM.
About the programme
This 4-weeks programme will give you tools, practices, resources and insights on how to create and run a successful and meaningful community or any kind of collective enterprise but, above all, it will give you the deeper understanding of what your ‘I Am’ is and how to journey into it, because without the deep comprehension of this nothing, on the long run, will serve you or your group, and, your projects will never take flight.

While our spring programme is thoughtfully designed with each course building upon the last, creating a cohesive four-week journey, we understand that some may only be able to join for a single week. If that’s the case, you are welcome to participate in just one course and still experience a meaningful step in your journey.

Absolutely! If you’re part of an organization and want to grow and realign together, this is a great opportunity. The programme is designed to help you deepen your team’s connection, individuals understand their talents, hidden gifts, and deeper goals, and how to serve others while empowering and listening deeply.
Special Group Offer:
Join as a group of 4 people from the same organization for a total contribution of 12,800 EUR for the full 4 weeks. -
Food
All your meals are included.
Organic, vegetarian food is lovingly prepared on site using products from the Transmission School garden wherever possible.
We happily cater to special diets like vegan or gluten-free—just let us know on your booking form. A €5/day fee applies.
Accommodation
During our residential programme, The Transmission School becomes a welcoming home for all participants, offering shared bedrooms and bathrooms. With 13 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone. Single rooms may be available for one-week participants if space allows, though not guaranteed. We encourage embracing the experience of sharing and mutual respect.
Facilities
The Temple is our classroom to lead or follow a class, meditate, dance, practice yoga, or play the piano.
The Art Room is dedicated to the self expression, ideation and hands-on work.
The Kitchen where nourishing food is made, and our cooking classes are happening.
The Swimming Pool with views over the hills of Tuscany is the perfect place to relax
