The Circle of Law with Ursula Raab

About the course

To promote peaceful and harmonious living within an intentional group of people.

The circle of law (COL circle of law) is one of the oldest known instruments for community self-government and is a tool for creating a mature and conscious coexistence of human beings. Applied and lived, it enables us to live in peace and harmony. Peace travels from inside ourselves outside into the world through our feelings, thoughts and actions we take. We need to develop our inner COL, our inner peace chief, discover our own inner childโ€™s fire, mature and grow ourselves to bring peace into the world and our communities.

One beautiful aspect of the COL is that in the moment we say YES to explore it, to be part of it, it begins teaching us and pushing us to grow step by step into greater maturity. It birthes itself, by leading us into our potential. The COL is based on the laws of Nature and creation itself, so we might reconnect ourselves to nature and find our way back into unity with each other and with all the worlds and children of Grandmother Earth. One of the most essential components is a maleโ€“female balanced circle โ€“ an equal number of men and women that vote to ensure a wise decision for the people, a community or a tribe which reflects each of the eight directions of the whole circle of life. We will very practically explore and experience the eight spaces of the COL and the Children's fire in the centre with wheels and keys of knowledge, sharing circles and ceremonies. We do so to birth ourselves into more of our shining and to birth this ancient wisdom of the COL into a new existence in times when it is truly helpful to create a peaceful future!
