The Inspirational Dimension of the Astral World
Bruno & Carole
-
The astral plane is the contact field between the material/energetic dimension and the higher layers of consciousness (individual-collective-spiritual).
During this week we will explore the astral world in an experiential way, in the dimension of asceticism, which means raising one's vibrations - from matter to spirit, i.e. from the carnal, material vibrations of everyday life to the higher dimension, such as the development of the noblest feelings -
In the dimension of incarnation, the descent of the spirit into matter is the dimension of inspiration, that is, the receiving of ideas from the spiritual world and their materialisation in the material dimension of everyday life.
In this course, we will explore inspiration by outlining its degrees and modalities. Inspiration as recalling and attuning to a higher frequency where the creator (embodied being) can finally reconnect to that high vibration. Inspiration as connection between the spiritual and material planes. In this work of reconnection through the inspiration that each of us is able to receive, it is possible to identify the will of men with the will of Gods and vice versa - i.e. to do good.
This can be experienced and partially codified, through the recovery of ancient traditions.
Through this collective experience, experiential modalities (through physical, meditative practices) can be learnt that allow one to experience this journey of the evocation of inspiration and the invocation of the contents of what the spirit has destined for each being, which will be different according to the availability of each one.
In this week, students will be accompanied to connect with inspiration to ultimately reach the concreteness of the material world.
In order to be able to connect to inspiration, it is necessary to work on cleaning the channels that connect us to it; cleaning from egoic residues, the biography and heaviness of one's personal history, distracting beliefs, cumbersome cultural baggage and much more. Once the energy flows more freely and without major obstacles, it is possible to connect with inspiration and manifest it in the material world. It will then be possible to access a pristine space where one can connect to inspiration.
It is in the heart of man, it is in the feeling that the Divine communicates with man. -
Shamanic journeying, moving meditation practices (qi gong, tai chi), martial theatre, dialogues with the soul, capturing the subtle world (collective reading meditation), and self-awareness practices.

This work relates closely to the theme of Responsibility. When asking the gods, the spirit, to receive the knowledge and the means to make what one cares about happen, a high degree of awareness is required in what is being asked, along with great humility and sincerity. It is necessary to take full responsibility for what is asked.
The theme of Freedom manifests itself in the real capacity to bring into being what one wishes to realise. To be able to give life to what the creator has great in his or her soul and share it with people in transforming it into a common heritage of humanity. This is the supreme freedom in material reality. It is what the Christian mystics called 'realising on earth the heavenly Jerusalem'.
To be a creator, in any field (relational, entrepreneurial, artistic, social, etc.) is to bring into being something that did not exist before. This is Freedom from the known, stepping out of the patterns of repetition, stepping out of the comfort zone. This allows us to experience other states of Being. This is necessary if we take full responsibility for freedom. Being a free man and woman requires courage and discipline.
