MOLLY COFMAN

Dr. Molly Cofman, DACM, L.Ac, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, 500 hour certified yoga and meditation instructor, essential oil specialist and an avid world traveller. Her formal education includes Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts and Dance from the University of Arizona. Her real schooling has been life and its many challenges and wonders.

Molly began exploring the world of yoga when she was 19 years old, and like most, came to the practice for its physical benefits. Over time, she discovered the entirety of the yoga tradition through generous and knowledgeable teachers, and realized that in addition to healing, part of her calling was to bring yoga in its totality to the people and communities that she serves. Molly teaches the Hatha Yoga tradition and has studied many of its modern manifestations; Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and more.

Her heart continues to draw her back to India to study and teach each year, continually aspiring to reconnect with the origins of the traditions and continue learning and practicing yoga as a way of life.

Molly’s passion is tapping into the magic of ancient healing and making it relevant for a modern world. She blends TCM, yoga, meditation, plant medicine and lifestyle education into experiential courses and sessions to bring deeper levels of healing and empowerment. Molly also guides retreats all over the world, using the power of travel and culture to catalyze exploration of perspectives and healing.

Molly currently works from her home base in Italy, and thrives on cultivating connection, fostering community and living in service.
