Feast of the Senses with Constance van Berckel and Feminine Rising

About the course

Awaken the senses through creativity, community, and nature

This retreat is organized by Constance of SOPRA SOTTO together with FEMININE RISING. Together they have curated a program that weaves art, movement and sound into rituals and activities designed to calm the nervous system and ground you in the present moment. Through creative expression, sensory engagement, and the magic of communal experience, you’ll rediscover the joy of connection and co-creation.

Together, we’ll embrace the rhythms of communal living at the Transmission School, a beautifully restored farmhouse or Podere. Here, alongside long-term residents and its inspiring founder, Pushpa, we’ll immerse ourselves in a harmonious haven shaped by the cycles of nature, the wisdom of herbs, energy, and ancient esoteric traditions. Through the interweaving of different perspectives and generations, as a community we learn from one another, rediscovering the profound beauty of shared living.

  • This retreat takes place at the Transmission School, an international center for holistic and transformative teachings, that fosters communal and natural living.

The location is the traditional Italian Podere Forli, once a Franciscan monastery, and now a charming farm against the lush backdrop of the Tuscan countryside, with an olive grove, vineyard, flower and vegetable gardens.

The location includes a large swimming pool with panoramic views, an Art Room for crafting and creative expression, and a Temple space for yoga or meditation.

The region is full of history and culture, and we will have the opportunity to explore the area through hiking & foraging. The lovely staff will also be preparing our local vegetarian meals.

Being surrounded by nature and its breathtaking landscapes, it is the ideal location for a relaxing, inspiring and sunny retreat!
