Discovering the Beyond... The codes of Freedom to create our way

The Astral Plane is the contact field between the material/energetic dimension and the higher layers of consciousness (individual-collective-spiritual).

In this week we will explore the Astral World in an experiential way in the dimension of asceticism, which means raising one's vibrations - from Matter to Spirit - from the material vibrations of everyday life to the higher, rarefied and crystalline dimension of the Spirit through reconnecting with the noblest feelings by extending one's field of perception beyond the known boundaries.

It will be a journey of deep connection to oneself and one's own feeling starting from the Here and Now, from one's own roots, and then extending the experience to the subtlest plane. It will be a constant dance of asceticism and rootedness at the same time, a constant dialogue between Earth and Heaven, between Matter and Spirit and vice versa.

This means starting to respectfully colonise a space that might immediately appear to be home or simply foreign and distant, unreachable, abstract and insubstantial, then making it, step by step, accessible and familiar, thus experiencing its infinite nuances and possibilities.

The teaching is to decline this Astral Body which calls to itself the deepest Freedom and this requires rootedness, order, discipline in order to then unfold in the most natural, powerful and unique way towards the most rarefied and sacred part of us.

Appreciating the slowness or the speed of the discovery of this 'World Body' is part of the magic of the journey and the possibility of learning to know ourselves in depth by declining and connecting the Material and Spiritual planes in a constant and unpredictable interweaving.

This dynamisation will create access to an unprecedented space: the 'Beyond Us'... a field where we will encounter an 'uncontaminated' part of us, thus accessing that inspiration connected to the Astral World with its profound visions, lessons and discoveries.    

Experiencing this world means discovering ourselves, becoming our own revelation and the opportunity to become creators.

To be a creator, in any field (relational, entrepreneurial, artistic, social, etc.) is to bring into being something that did not exist before. This is Freedom from the known, getting out of the patterns of repetition, getting out of the comfort zone. This allows us to experience other states of Being.

We experience a new rhythm dictated by space.

It is in the human heart that the Divine expresses itself.

To experience this journey to the full we will use different techniques following the flow: the Transpersonal approach, shamanic journeying, moving meditation practices (Qi Gong, Tai Chi) martial theatre, dialogues with the soul, capturing the subtle world (reading, collective meditation), and self-awareness practices.
