THE YOGA OF LIFE

This deep and exciting dive into the world of Yogic traditions is oriented around two truths; life is change, and yoga is a way of life. Many define the word yoga as ‘unity’ or unification. As we learn to navigate a world where change is a foundational truth, yogic wisdom teaches us how to cultivate an understanding of the unifying forces within this change.

In this course, through experiential learning (practice) and the teachings of yoga philosophy, we will open our minds and hearts to a deeper understanding of ourselves. We will tap into the power of daily practice and explore how yoga helps us to understand on the physical and energetic levels, the magic of the human experience. Yoga offers practices to help us find our way toward freedom, health and contentment in life.

Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. This practice aims to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Through a series of asanas, you will improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while pranayama techniques will help you cultivate a steady and calm mind. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
