Six weeks have passed since the students of the Freedom to Create Residential Programme 2024 participated in The Astral Week: Discovering the Beyond, Breaking the Code of Freedom. What began as a concept that was difficult to explain became crystal clear after our sessions with Bruno and Carole. With their big smiles and integrity, they showed us what it truly means to ground ourselves while also letting go. Through their teachings, each lesson felt like a gift, transforming our understanding.

They guided us to a profound realization: “Who we were before no longer exists, but who we are now is a canvas of endless possibilities.” Through their wisdom, we discovered the freedom to create, the freedom of spirit, and the truth that the best teachers often reside within us—activated through consciousness—and can also appear at any time, anywhere, and in anyone.

Through their transpersonal work, they taught us that when our mouths are closed, we are in the realm of thought, but when we speak, we connect deeply with the body. Taking responsibility for what unfolds is embracing true power. They showed us how the astral body connects with the material world and how the map of knowledge is a topology of the heart. The treasure hunt they led us on revealed that the door is our heart, and the treasure is ourselves.

We learned that judgment stems from opinion, but it is attachment that binds us. True freedom lies in our ability to release these opinions as quickly as they come, for holding on only traps us in a comfort zone. Opinions are steps, guiding lights, but we must leave them behind to make room for new beliefs and discoveries. We are encouraged to use our mind for analysis, but let our heart make the decisions.

Bruno and Carole helped us understand that to act as a child is to enter the realm of heaven—free, unburdened, and open to life. Even our emotions, every movement of our energy, is sacred when we learn to let it flow freely, unchained by attachment. They taught us to embrace the void—the 99.99% of what remains unknown—and to surrender to the journey of becoming, beyond any certainty of what we think we should be.

Their teachings on the astral body, dreams, and the language of our soul opened new dimensions. Freedom to create is both being at home and in the unknown, realizing that consciousness is but a dot on the vast page of the subconscious, waiting to be explored. Beauty, they showed us, is pure harmony—everything is perfect, even in suffering.

As Bruno and Carole taught us, the superhero who survives their own story is transformed. The savior becomes the mentor, the persecutor becomes the challenger, and the victim, when facing their shadows, becomes the adventurer. This adventure is taken in silence, offered to the best part of ourselves—the spirit.

Thank you, Bruno and Carole, for showing us that life is not just a waiting for ecstasy, but a journey of discovery and transformation. You've given us the tools to navigate this path, and for that, we are forever grateful.

They’ll be back next year for Freedom to Create 2025, returning for the sixth week of the 11-week residential programme. There is still so much to reveal and experience, thanks to the depth of Tai Chi traditions and shamanic wisdom they bring together in such a perfect blend.
