A unique seminar dedicated to transpersonal psychology, to discover your deepest essence and transcend external influences through creative and contemplative practices.
What to Expect
During this seminar, we will explore:
Meditation, to foster inner silence and presence.
Qi Gong, to cultivate balance between mind, body, and vital energy.
Exploring natural space and time, to allow contact with one another.
Conscious fasting, to deepen connection with your body.
Monica Farinella will guide participants in the use of Dream Drawing, and
Alfonso Crosetto will lead you through the experience, which is the core of this seminar.
Two days of experiences accompanied by Silence and Meditation.
We will guide you and introduce you (if youβve never practiced it) to Kriya Yoga (though you are welcome to use any meditation practice you prefer).
We will teach you Chi Lel Qi Gong and practice it together.
Together, we will experience the Dance of the Heart and moving meditation.
We will create a healing circle and use the Shamanic drum to facilitate the experience.
We will form dyads to work on our true nature, allowing space for moments of profound experience.
And much more that will emerge from the needs of the group.
