Most of us spend a good deal of our lives on a chair in front of a computer. Some of us have more active jobs and have to to more physical work or travel a lot for work, however very few of us get to live or work in Nature. Land week is designed for all of our students to precisely be able to do that.

We will be picking olives while learning about olives and the whole process of making extra vergin olive oil, it's health and medicinal values and what you can do with it.

This week: every day that passes makes us feel more and more united to Mother Earth, every hour that passes deepens the relationship with our "fellow pickers", every minute that passes we start feeling an inner completion, every olive we pick we understand why tuscan farmers cal it liquid gold.

Picking olives is a very zen practice, picking together is a beautiful bonding experience, bringing in to action what you will learn will make you feel physically tired in the evenings, but also very empowered and satisfied .
