When tension in the body or mind is sustained, it becomes unhealthy for us and it inhibits our ability to create. True health comes when we don’t feel our body and it’s functions, and when our minds are free from tension. How can yoga help?

Yoga offers many elements – breath control and exercises, physical movements and postures, deep, conscious relaxation as well as sacred sound vibrations.

We will learn and practice these elements together in a way that can be integrated into your daily life. You will have tools to become free from tension so that you are free to create!
