You will be introduced to the fascinating history of chocolate, from the cocoa tree, the producers, the farmers, and the cocoa beans, to the chocolate bar in our stores. The surprising benefits of cocoa are at different levels on our bodies and its many daily virtues. Also passing through the vision of the Mayas and their wisdom, considering cocoa as a sacred plant and medicine in its own right.

All your senses will be stimulated and you will know how to recognize all the raw materials and their different quality ranges, how to make chocolate in a bean-to-bar way, to grind it, conch it, temper it, mould it, with some surprises to stimulate also your creativity... and of course, the last but not least, taste it in all its forms, from the rawest to the most refined.
