Rooted Flow: Qi Gong & Zen Practices with Jeroen van Deutekom

About the course

Standing like a tree (Qi Gong) is a way to build up our energy (stamina). To stand tall in day-to-day life. To be grounded whenever needed. When we flow like a river, we let go of resistance. We just stop swimming against the current. As they say “don’t move the body – you train your Qi. Don’t move your mind – you train your spirit”.

This week, you will learn how to sit, stand and move and stay rooted at the same time by practising with:

• The five elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal and how these are related to specific mental states, how you feel, and your organs.

• The monkey mind, and how to calm your body, mind and breath.

• Building a daily routine to take home

This weekly course is within ‘Freedom To Create’ programme. Whether you join for single week(s) or commit to the full 11-week programme, you'll learn to think freely, feel deeply, and see the world with newfound clarity.
