This course will teach you the fundamentals of raw vegan cuisine, fermentation and nut cheeses.

Darko will transmit the knowledge he has accumulated throughout his long career with simple and effective lessons so that you will be able to go home and prepare food as a real living food chef. Indeed, you will be able to make great living food for your family and friends, exceeding all their expectations. Are you ready to create your own vegan burger, homemade aioli and raw vegan sushi without needing cold and over-cooked rice? If you want, you can bring your favourite chef tools and your own knife.
