The Discipline of Freedom, 5Rhythms®
Asia - Joanna Hussakowska

  • 5Rhythms® practice, dynamic and movement meditation - a practice of being in your body as a springboard to freedom. While moving through all of the rhythms we are building an energetic wave which frees the body from pain, resistance and stories. Every day, step by step, by ourselves, with a partner, in the group, indoors and outdoors, with and without music, wave after wave - we are going to awaken the trust in our body and connect with our heart and the calling of the soul.

    FLOWING - is the impulse to follow the flow, it teaches us how to be fluid in our body, it’s a pipeline /pump/ to our truth. When we open up to the flow of our physical beings, all other pathways open.

    STACCATO - shows us how to head out to the world connected with our feet and feelings, it teaches us how to express our emotions clearly, how to stand up for our heart, and fight for what and whom we love.

    CHAOS - in this rhythm we practice how to completely release our body, chaos teaches us how to let go of our head- breaks us free from our illusion and liberates us from all ideas, it takes us on the journey from "I can't" to "I will". To dance chaos means to practice going into the unknown and letting go of your fear.

    LYRICAL - this rhythm is a physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual dancing rebirth, it can be a crystal clear expression - we become light and freedom.

    STILLNESS - being still and doing nothing are completely different things. Stillness moves, both within and all around us. I am simultaneously fulfilled and empty. In this rhythm, we practice making humble and mindful endings interpreted by our higher connected self. End of this dance, this day, this life cycle- good endings mean taking responsibility for the whole journey

Explore the World through healthy cooking
Pushpa - Camille Cazac

  • Nature provides what we need to live. In this course, we learn what and how to forage, and how to harvest and preserve your foods with the rhythm of the seasons. We understand where and how to shop consciously, listening to our own inner wisdom. Here we take a journey through various countries preparing dishes from various traditions. We will get to know how to cook and prepare special dishes in healthy, less time-consuming and expensive ways.

  • By knowing which products are good for us we will be using a super kitchen with all its tools, but then, other times we will cook without a kitchen...always with joy and a lot of fun, creating beautiful and delicious meals, wait and see!

  • When we are aware that what and how we eat, and how we cook, is the life force, vitality, and medicine for the soul and the body, we make it a daily practice for ourselves and we will share it with others. We become 'the change' in the face of these new times.
