LARA FONDELLI

Lara Fondelli was brought up on her family farm outside Volterra, Italy. After graduating in Natural Sciences at the University of Florence, she moved back to the countryside near Volterra to raise her own family in a natural and healthy environment. This also enabled her to live an autonomous life while relying mainly on self-sufficiency. She studied Biodynamics and Synergic Gardening methods as well as Permaculture, which she teaches and uses. Lara is also an expert in fermentation techniques and plants and herbs growing. In the past years, she has set up her own cheese production. Lara is committed to sharing and spreading this unconventional and alternative lifestyle to people of all ages and backgrounds.
