ANINA HEIM

Anina studied organic horticulture and nutrition in Germany and decided to come back to her soul homeland Tuscany, where she spent the first years of her life, to start her regenerative market garden project. But the deep knowing that there’s more to explore than just planting and harvesting, brought her to a more holistic approach to gardening, including spiritual practices, cooking and transforming nature’s gifts into nourishing food and “medicine”. Today she shares and inspires others to create a more natural way of nurturing themselves and to navigate in a world of vertical farming and plastic-packed salads.
