Ana's culinary journey began with a passion for holistic nutrition, leading her to become a certified macrobiotic vegan chef. Her evolution in the culinary world took root in serene landscapes, where she honed her skills in creating nourishing, plant-based dishes. Guided by her commitment to sustainability, Ana explored raw vegan cuisine, inspired by renowned chefs like Darko Juric. Ana's culinary journey was further enriched when she had the privilege of working at his restaurant „Garden“ in Zadar, Croatia and during numerous workshops. Today, celebrated for her delectable creations, Ana's menus reflect her belief that vegan cuisine nourishes the body, mind, and soul. Her story reminds us that cooking is a holistic journey towards a better world: one delicious and soul-enriching dish at a time.
